Good planning helps Ford avoid government aid

Understanding their business, along with solid planning, has helped Ford keep the government at arms length. Ford did a good job of leveraging their assets and is slowly gaining traction while others continue to loose ground.

Take for example the Ford Focus Coupe. Just a year after its introduction, Ford has reinvested in its design to improve the car's appeal, despite actually meeting sales expectations. The result, a better solution and more opportunity for growth.

Automotive suppliers and OEMs can learn a lesson from Ford by challenging the status quo and continuing to investigate ways to build better solutions – even when you are seeing success. Schneider Electric can help you do just that. Let us show you how. Contact us to learn more . > Read the full story.
