Altivar® 31 Drive Achieves SEMI F47 Rating
The Telemecanique brand Altivar 31 variable frequency drive is the industry’s first variable frequency drive specifically suited for lower horsepower semiconductor machinery applications to achieve this certification. Now,
select products in the Altivar 31 drive family have recently achieved SEMI F47 voltage sag immunity ratings as certified by EPRI Solutions, Inc. Using the cost-effective Altivar 31 drive, up to 5 HP, semiconductor machinery can ride through power quality issues without interruption to the manufacturing process. In addition, the compact drive uses minimal panel space and can be mounted side-by-side without derating. Factory settings allow the Altivar 31 drive to run most applications out of the box.
