Customer Care Center: a real driver for satisfying our customers

 

Schneider Electric North America’s Customer Information Center (CIC) is located in Florence, KY, just across the river from Cincinnati, Ohio.  The evolution of the CIC began in the late 1980’s as we centralized all of our customer service activities to the Florence, KY location.  As our customers’ expectations changed, we did as well.  Over the last 20 years, we have experienced many positive changes in the CIC. Throughout all the changes, one constant remains the same:  providing our customers value added services with exceptional customer service.

The CIC is comprised of approximately 200 employees located throughout the United States and Canada.  Our virtual workforce allows many of our employees to work at other Schneider locations or at home!  In fact, we currently have 50% of our employees working outside of the Florence location.  This capability not only broadens our talent pool but also provides options to our employees related to alternative work arrangements.  Our friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled associates are focused on providing our customers with a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Schneider Electric CIC offers our customers with a toll free number and is a single point of contact for their customer service needs. We provide a variety of services for the United States, North America and globally.  Some of the services include order management activities, credit & returns processing and product technical inquiries.
