ConneXview™ V2.0 Industrial Ethernet Diagnostic Software |
|
| |
The Telemecanique® brand ConneXium™ family of industrial hardened network components and ConneXview™ diagnostic components provide integrated Ethernet solutions for the toughest environments. ConneXium Ethernet switches usher in a new level of competitive and compact industrial-strength Ethernet performance, while ConneXview V2.0 allows users to visualize an entire network on a single screen, making it easy to monitor, edit and troubleshoot industrial Ethernet networks. Schneider Electric’s latest release of the powerful Ethernet diagnostic and monitoring software, Telemecanique® brand ConneXview™ V2.0, adds enhanced performance to an already powerful and user-friendly program. The new software was developed specifically for commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Ethernet infrastructures in automation environments. It offers automatic discovery of network-connected Ethernet and Modbus devices and allows users to graphically view the topology and performance criteria of a system’s device connections. ConnexView Ethernet diagnostic software also monitors color-coded alarms to best determine system status and actions needed for improvement.
|
ConneXview V2.0 Ethernet diagnostic software also offers: |
• Instant ability to visualize the network, including a real-time traffic map and color-coded segments and diagnostic tools that provide immediate status recognition
• Fast and simple automatic network topology mapping with linking to associated devices for easy reference and effective troubleshooting
• Optimum project implementation with specialized tools for system integrators, engineering staff, IT personnel and service providers, such as e-services for efficient topology inspection from remote locations |
New ConneXium™ Low-Cost Unmanaged Ethernet Switches |
Schneider Electric’s new lineup of Telemecanique® brand ConneXium™ unmanaged Ethernet switches expands and complements the company’s infrastructure offer to include cost-effective solutions for users requiring industrially hardened communications products. The new switches make up a low-cost product range in copper and fiber-optic versions and provide “plug and operate” use. The switches often are targeted for the machine or tool builder, OEM and end user markets. The switches also provide a “feature-optimized” offer, meeting agency requirements for American and European markets with CE and UL 508 certifications. The ConneXium low-cost Ethernet switches have a small footprint for “fit-anywhere” connectivity, consuming less than 11 in2 (28 cm2) of panel space.
In addition, they provide 10/100 Mbps speed flexibility, power and port activity LED indicators, and can be directly installed with older switches. |
| |
ConneXium unmanaged Ethernet switches also offer: |
• Easy installation due to the switches’ compact size and DIN-mounting compatibility
• User friendly setup and operation with auto-negotiation and auto cable cross-over that reduces speed and cable issues
• Ensured cost savings and reliability with full testing to guarantee the industrial IP30 design works in 0-60º C environments and supports ‘far-end fault’ reporting |
