Training and Development

Schneider Electric has a strong commitment to improving employee performance through training. Square D University offers training and development opportunities designed to accommodate employees' work schedules and learning styles. Instructor-led courses are scheduled throughout the year, and self-paced training is available whenever it is needed. In addition to workbooks, videotapes and audiotapes, many courses are available through the Square D University intranet site. We also make use of new technologies for distance learning through on-line instructor-led training and our Satellite Television Network. The company also reimburses employees for external training, including college courses and degree programs.

We offer courses on a wide variety of topics including Square D products and services, management skills, professional skills and computer applications.
