  • Effectively create a competitive advantage by developing innovative products and solutions that not only meet our customers' needs, but also anticipate their future needs
  • Provide leadership in the technology function by participating actively in internal and external research projects
  • Support sales of North American products outside North America

Finance

  • Develop and implement new financial tools to improve the delivery of financial information to help our organization grow and meet customer needs
  • Use our financial information to help anticipate how our business is changing and how decisions will impact our organization's future performance
  • Continue to recruit and retain finance professionals to best support our organization's needs

Growth & Acquisitions

  • Add to our organization's growth through strategic acquisitions, particularly those that support our industrial strategy
  • Act as a visionary team to identify and understand issues and opportunities affecting our business in the future
  • Successfully lead and manage companies our organizations has acquired so that they provide a platform for growth

Human Resources

  • Continue to develop and implement initiatives to improve and enhance leadership throughout the organization
  • Enhance communication efforts to improve employee understanding of corporate goals and strategy, leading to improved performance
  • Establish visibility of quality as a critical part of improving competitive advantage throughout the organization

Legal

  • Continue to work cross-functionally to support overall company objectives
  • Continue to advocate and develop product and industry standards, which promote safe usage of our products
  • Ensure business and employment policy practices are consistent with business objectives and protect both employer and employee

International Business

  • Continue to support Schneider Electric affiliates and U.S. customers worldwide with North American product and technology requirements
  • Work closely with the Schneider Electric Global Business Development team to support global strategic account initiatives
