To be considered for participation in our Supplier Diversity Initiative, you must be certified by a 3rd party (i.e. National Minority Supplier Development Council - NMSDC, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council - WBENC)

Prospective Supplier Review Process

• We will review the profile form and certification and enter them into the Supplier Diversity Database. Additional information will be obtained if necessary.
  
• Once included in the database, your information will be forwarded to the commodity manager responsible for your product/service. When the manager receives your information they will determine whether there is an opportunity for your business to be considered for the bidding process; however this doesn’t guarantee that your company will be awarded business. Your company must fully meet our procurement standards.
  
• The database is used as a reference system by the Purchasing department to identify potential diversity suppliers for opportunities.
