We've worked with some of the industry's largest manufacturers as well as one of the industry's most respected SEMI S2 certification agencies to provide an EMO solution that takes all the guesswork out of meeting S2 0200 guidelines.
We now offer full size and narrow versions. Both guards, when combined with our EMO button, are certified SEMI S2 compliant when installed in accordance with the installation procedures that accompany the product. And our new narrow guard is perfect for applications where the guard must be mounted on narrow enclosure flanges. The cut outs on either side provide easy access for EMO button reset, palm accessibility for activation, and optimal protection from inadvertent operation.
