Altivar® 58 Type F

For control of three-phase asynchronous motors, Altivar 58 (ATV58)
Type F AC drives are intended for use in mechanical rooms, OEM equipment, and factory floor applications requiring a local load break switch and input line fusing. For use on constant and variable torque applications, the ATV58
Type F contains an ATV58 TRX wihch is packaged in a compact Type 12 enclosure. Freeing up critical panel space, this package can be mounted on the outside of most panels containing PLCs and other automation equipment.

Available Ratings

• 1 - 7.5 HP (0.75 to 7.5kW), 400/460 VAC, three-phase input
• 0.5 - 3 HP (0.37 to 2.2kW), 208/230 VAC, single-phase input
• 2 - 3 HP (1.5 to 2.2kW), 208/230 VAC, three-phase input

Each ATV58 Type F AC drive contains:

• Vario load break switch, input line fuses and an ATV58 Type H AC drive
• Start / Stop push buttons
• Manual speed potentiometer mounted on the front of the enclosure
• Space for one additional 16mm operator
• Four conduit openings that are closed with plugs
• Transparent plastic keypad door to allow viewing of status LEDs and display information

Altivar 58 drives are available with Powersuite™ products for easy testing and commissioning. Also, all ATV58 Type H communication and I/O options can be used in ATV58 Type F AC drives. For more information about Altivar 58 AC drive options, click here.
