Add-on Micrologic® Ground-fault Module

A Square D exclusive -- the Micrologic ground-fault module is a UL® Listed circuit breaker accessory. It is a combination ground-fault relay and ground-fault sensing device.  They are available for the PowerPact® H- and J-Frame molded case circuit breakers, as well as the FA, KA, FC, KC and KI type circuit breakers. 

Features for all Micrologic GFMs include:

• Field-installed on molded case circuit breaker
• Adjustable ground-fault pickup levels (20 A to 200 A)
• Adjustable ground-fault time delays (instantaneous to 500 msec)
• Integral ground fault push-to-test feature and ground-fault indicator
• All ground-fault modules are supplied for I-Line® mounting; easily converted to unit-mounted
• Zone-selective interlocking capability with upstream Micrologic trip system circuit breakers is standard
• 120 Vac control power is required for integral test feature
• Meets NEC 230-95(c)

Features for only H&J GFMs include:

• Shunt trip for circuit breakers may be factory-installed or field-installed (12 Vdc) (Catalog Number S29382)
• Neutral current transformer for 3-phase, 4-wire applications is optional

Features for only FA, KA, FC, KC and KI type GFMs include:

• Circuit breakers must have factory-installed ground-fault shunt trip
• Neutral current transformer for 3-phase, 4-wire applications is included
