FactoryCast Gateway TSX ETG 1000 combines all the benefits of Internet technologies and values of Telemecanique®. It provides an all-in-one, cost effective solution by integrating all the network interfaces, a RAS/Router function and a customizable Web server. A compact, standalone hardware device, it gives you the following:

• Transparent gateway
  Connect your Modbus® RTU devices to the TCP/IP infrastructure and make them accessible directly from information system applications (MES, ERP, Supervision, etc.)
• RAS/Remote access
  Monitor and program your Modbus devices remotely by modem connection (RTC, GSM, etc.) or by Internet/Intranet (VPN), all in total security
• Configurable web portal
  Benefit from pre-defined or fully customizable web interface pages plus Email notification for advanced remote control, remote monitoring, diagnostics and maintenance

For customers who want to add remote maintenance server functions in their machines, the embedded web server provides simple Web browser access to maintenance information with no need for specific maintenance tools. It includes ready to use web pages for module configuration, diagnostics and data monitoring; you can also add custom web pages for any Modbus device's data.

Hardware Configuration

• 24 volts direct current supply
• Ethernet port: 10/100 base-T, TX (RJ45)
• Modbus port : Modbus RTU supports up to 32 connections (RS485: RJ45)
• Configurations / Modem port: peer to peer connection (RS232c: Dsub9)
• Web server: 8MB flash memory for the customer’s Web pages and files
• Three LED indicators (Run, error, Rx/Tx)
