Each registrant agrees to release and hold harmless SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, its subsidiaries, licensees and affiliates, advertising, promotional and fulfillment agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of an incentive item, product sample or other promotional item based on claims of publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

By registering, each registrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, which shall be final and binding.

SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the registration process or the web site; to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like registration methods will void all such entries by such methods.

SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, agents and representatives of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; any condition caused by events beyond the control of the SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC that may cause the registration process to be disrupted or corrupted; any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the incentive or promotional item, or acceptance, possession, or use of said item, or from participation in this offer; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated this promotion.

SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel incentives and product sample promotional offers at any time for any reason, technical or otherwise at this website.
